Editorial calendar & production
At the start of every month we prepare the editorial calendar: what goes out each day, in which format and with which script. We send it to you to review and approve, and once it’s approved we set a shoot day with you to produce everything in one go. We shoot vertical content, take photos and design posts, carousels and stories with art direction, so everything feels like your brand even without your logo.
Publishing & community
We write the copy, schedule each post at the best time for your audience and reply to comments and messages. That keeps your profile active and consistent, and nobody is left without an answer.
Analytics & reporting
We run follow-up reviews to see what has worked, what hasn’t and how we adjust the strategy for the coming months. That way your content gets better every month instead of repeating itself.

Which social networks do you manage?
Mainly Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook. We choose with you the ones that make sense for your brand and your audience.
What’s included each month?
The strategy, the editorial calendar for your approval, a production day, the edited pieces, publishing, community management and follow-up reviews. We adjust the number of pieces to the plan you choose.
Where and how often is the content shot?
Usually one shoot day a month, which we set once you approve the calendar and which covers the whole month’s content. We shoot at your business, on location or wherever we choose for each campaign, wherever you are.
Do I need to give you access to my accounts?
It’s not required, but we recommend it. We work with the access or management permissions you give us, and the accounts remain yours at all times. If you’d rather not, we set up a communication workflow with you so you publish each piece yourself.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We work on monthly plans. We recommend at least three months to see results, but we discuss it case by case.
